What we collect
When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive the information you send: your name, email address, phone number (if you share one), property address or city, and whatever details you include about your project. That's it. We don't run trackers, ad pixels, or analytics that follow you around the internet.
How we use it
We use the information you share to reply to your inquiry, walk your property, put together a quote, and do the work you hire us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Third parties we rely on
Our contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our email address. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers may temporarily process standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of serving the website and delivering form submissions. We don't share information with any other services.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project communications for as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up, typically a few years. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete any information you've shared by emailing dig@hillmannexcavating.com. We'll confirm when it's done.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. For anything material, we'll do our best to let you know directly.
